This page explains how orders from Nail Crafts are packed, what carriage costs and when you should expect the parcel.

What delivery costs

A single flat rate of $4.25 applies to standard delivery. Reach $25 in one order and shipping is removed entirely at checkout.

How quickly orders leave

We aim to have parcels with the carrier within one to two working days of the order. How long it then travels depends on where it is going.

Where we ship

Delivery is available to United States addresses. International shipping is not offered at this time.

If something goes wrong

Tracking that has stalled, or a box that arrives crushed, should be reported to [email protected]. Send the order number and a photograph where damage is involved.
