Returns and Refunds

Nail Crafts accepts returns for 30 days after the order arrives, on the terms set out below.

Condition we can accept

Returned goods must be unused and still in the packaging they arrived in. Once an item has been used it cannot go back on the shelf.

How to return something

1. Write to [email protected] quoting the order number and the item concerned.
2. You will get return instructions and a reference number back.
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we give you.
4. We inspect it on arrival and refund to the method you paid with.

Who pays the return postage

You pay to send an unwanted item back. If the fault was ours — wrong item, damaged, defective — we cover the return carriage. There is no restocking charge either way.

How the refund is made

Once we have inspected the return, the refund goes back the way the payment came in. How fast it lands is up to your bank.
