Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order any time before it leaves us, free of charge.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

After dispatch we can no longer stop the parcel. It can be refused at the door, or returned within 30 days.

Cancellations we make

We may cancel an order if the stock proves unusable or the address is one we cannot ship to. A full refund follows immediately, with an explanation.
