What does shipping cost?
Standard carriage is $4.25. Orders of $25 or more ship free, and the amount is shown before payment rather than after.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver within the United States. International orders are not something we can take yet.
How long until my order is sent?
We normally pack within a working day or two. The transit time after that is the carrier's and varies by destination.
What payment methods can I use?
Currently Cash on delivery. Anything not on that list is unavailable on this site.
Can I return something?
You have 30 days from delivery for anything unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] to begin.
Who pays return postage?
Unwanted returns travel at your cost; faults and our mistakes travel at ours. No restocking charge either way.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at no cost, as long as it has not shipped. After dispatch it becomes a return, within 30 days.
