By using nailcrafts.shop or ordering from it you accept these terms. The Nail Lab | HQ operates the site.

1. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer. It becomes a contract when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken.

2. Prices and errors

Prices are checked, but mistakes happen. Where a price is plainly wrong we will get in touch before taking payment rather than simply charging it.

3. Using this site

Automated scraping, attempts to disrupt the site, and reuse of our copy or images elsewhere are all prohibited.

4. Liability

Liability is capped at what you paid for the order. Products should be used as the manufacturer intends.

5. Governing law

The law of California and applicable United States federal law govern these terms.
